You may request deletion of personal data held by Shanthi Computer Centre, including data received through our WhatsApp services or the Shanthi Connect application.

Please include:
• Your full name
• The phone number or email used to contact us
• The service or interaction concerned
• A brief description of the data you want deleted
Do not send passwords, OTPs, PINs, CVV numbers or identity-document copies with your initial request.
We may take reasonable steps to confirm that the request is genuine. We will then delete or anonymise personal data under our control that is no longer required and confirm when the request has been processed.
Some information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Such information will be restricted and deleted when the applicable retention requirement ends.
We can delete only information under the control of Shanthi Computer Centre. Information independently held by Meta, WhatsApp, Google, government authorities or other service providers may need to be deleted through their respective services.
